Logistics System Analyst - PM

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Logistics System Analyst with project management experience to join our Logistics Systems Project Management group. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain the master data infrastructure that powers critical logistics initiatives—including a large-scale RFID implementation that will revolutionize how we track and manage our assets. You’ll be working at the intersection of systems, strategy, and supply chain operations—leveraging tools like SAP, Tableau, and Redshift to ensure data consistency, visibility, and insight across the logistics ecosystem.
You Will:
- Manage and govern master data related to materials, vendors, and locations in SAP in relation to logistics and project management.
- Partner with the RFID project team to ensure data readiness, mapping, and integration for end-to-end tracking capabilities.
- Build and automate dashboards in Tableau to support operational reporting, performance tracking, and executive insights.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using Amazon Redshift and other data platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, warehousing, procurement, and logistics partners to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) management, ensuring timely, accurate, and standardized logistics data exchange with vendors and partners.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing, especially as it relates to data integrity and logistics workflows.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of master data policies, standards, and procedures across the supply chain.
You Bring:
- 4 years of experience in a master data or data analyst role in Supply Chain or Logistics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong experience with SAP in MM/WM/SD modules highly.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or large-scale warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in Tableau building dashboards and data visualizations.
- SQL skills and experience working with Amazon Redshift or similar data warehouses.
- Experience supporting or participating in large-scale projects (RFID, WMS upgrades, etc.).
- Solid understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Experience with EDI and ASN processes in a logistics or supply chain context.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with RFID systems, tagging strategies, and asset tracking.
- Exposure to Agile project environments or logistics-focused ERP projects.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
